This plate, made in Germany by R. B. Andrews, is decorated with an image of Allen's Block in Monument Square, Leominster, MA, USA. Allen's Block once housed the piano factory where Joseph Farwell (b.1817) and his son Edwin Crosby Farwell worked as piano finishers. Coincidentally, the plate also mentions "Pleasant Street" not far from where the Stephen Buss family farm was located. Leominster has played a significant role in the Family Lore genealogical tree.
